Beautiful Sunset view

the room has a beautiful view you can see the sunset and you can feel like you are in another world I enjoyed it a hundred percent. the hotel has a great location

When I went up to the top floor I saw a pool but I was immediately surprised because it was dirty and beer can was inside the pool so I left disappointed I couldn't get in and enjoy the whole view of the city of Cartagena

I will not stay in that hotel again

I made res with booking it clearly said breakfast included but hotel refused it, supervisor didn't even come out to explain , no phone In my room or it was well hidden, ac couldn't be controlled if we turned off ours the floor would be affected,view was very nice but I would never stay there again

probably the worst Experience I have ever Encountered with a hotel

STAY AWAY ???????????????????? the entire hotel smells like rotten fish the rooms are extremely small and the rooms don't match the picture at all. the place is a mess. when checking In there was only one person at the desk, nobody speaks English the entire lobby is hot no air conditioning. and when my girlfriend walked in they charged me extra 20$ because they claimed that I only booked for one person. the rooms haven't been painted probably since they build it. I would never ever recommend even for my enemy to stay at this hotel it's bad with a capital B

Very good area, awesome staff and very clean!

The room I chose had a perfect view of the beach and the area! I paid a little extra for it but It was definitely worth it. The staff were so nice although I don’t speak much Spanish, they still went out of their way to help me , so kind!

There’s no AC in the elevators and the elevator takes a while to come.
